Summer Bishil (born June 15 15, 1985) is an American actress, best famous for her character Margo on The Magicians, a Syfy drama series based on a fantasy that ran from 2015 until present. in the Alan Ball movie Towelhead, she played 13-year-old Lebanese American actress Jasira who is amidst a turbulent existence in the backdrop of the U.S. attack on Iraq in the Gulf War. Following that she was voted one of Variety's Ten Actors To See. The 2009 film Crossing Over, in which she played a strong female lead character called Taslima Jhangir and was nominated by the Independent Spirit Award as the top actress. Alongside Lucky 7, she has appeared in Mooz Lum The Last Airbender Pop Star, Under the Silver Lake, and in several television guest roles.
